Once we have defined the scope of work, we can send you a quotation for the Services requested. The terms of payment can vary from project to project. Please note the following remarks:

For lump sum prices:

  • An advance that is to be negotiated with the client will have to be paid by the client after confirmation of order.
  • The rest of the total lump-sum price or the ordered services will have to be paid in one or more instalments (this will be negotiated for each project).
  • - The last instalment of the total lump-sum price will have to be paid upon submission of all works.

For prices at actual costs:

  • An advance payment that is to be negotiated with the client will have to be made by the client after confirmation of order.
  • The payment of the actual working hours and the actual costs will have to be effected upon submission of all works and issuing of the final invoice.
